District “C” Magistrate Court

Sais Persuad of Clay Ghaut was convicted for Driving Without Insurance, Driving Without Relevant Vehicle Licence and Using A Fraudulent Licence Sticker, which were committed on 24th October 2014. He was cautioned for Using A Fraudulent Licence Sticker and was fined $500.00 to be paid in three (3) months or in default serve twelve (12) months imprisonment for other charges mentioned.

Kemo Sancho of Craddock Road was convicted for Malicious Damage and Throwing Missiles, that were committed on 4th August 2014 and was ordered to pay compensation of $5000.00 to the victim within three (3) months or in default serve twelve (12) months imprisonment and was cautioned for Throwing Missiles charge.

Missing Vehicles

The Criminal Investigation Department of The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force is investigating a report made of missing vehicles. It was revealed that a Blue Toyota RAV 4 with registration P4251 and one Beige Nissan Tida with registration P557 were missing between 10th and 11th December 2014 from Huggins Auto Services located in Paul Southwell Industrial Park. We are kindly asking the general public for their assistance in this matter.

Anyone who has information pertaining to these missing vehicles is asked to call Criminal Investigation Department at 465-2241 ext 220 or the nearest Police Station or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-8477 (TIPS). Remember your information will be treated with confidentiality and you maybe eligible to receive a reward.
