Police updates (December 13, 2013)

(ZIZ)— Steve Adams of Sandy Point, Jeovanni Hodge of The Alley Sandy Point, Bertanio Marsham of Half Way Tree and Candis Norford of Upper Shaw Avenue were formally arrested and charged for Possession of one (1) shot gun cartridge, which was committed on 11^th December, 2013 at Half Way Tree.

Meanwhile, Sherwin McCudy of New Road was convicted for Driving Without Due Care and Attention which was committed on 18^th March, 2013, and fined $350.00 which is to be paid in one (1) month or will serve fourteen (14) days in prison.

Dwayne Earl of Temple Alley was convicted for Driving Without Due Care and Attention, Driving Without a Valid or an Unexpired Drivers’ License, and Driving Without Insurance which were committed on the 21^st September, 2013. He was fined $250.00 for Driving Without Due Care and Attention which is to be paid in one (1) month or will serve fourteen (14) days in prison, $100.00 for Driving Without a Valid or an Unexpired Drivers’ License which is to be paid in one (1) month or will serve fourteen (14) days in prison, and $1000.00 for Driving Without Insurance which is to be paid in two (2) months or will serve one (1) month in prison. He was also disqualified from obtaining a drivers license for the next twelve (12) months.
