Police Updates (July 8, 2014)

(ZIZ)– Mackeen Phillip of Challengers was formally arrested and charged for threatening to kill, battery on police, and to prevent a further breach of the peace, which were committed on 5th July 2014.

In other news, the Traffic Department is investigating a traffic accident which occurred about 7:00 am on Tuesday 8th July 2014, at Canada Estate in the vicinity of Public Works Road Branch involving two (2) motor cars and motor cycle which resulted in the cyclist being transported to the hospital.

Initial investigation revealed motors P 3465 and P 5765 were travelling towards Conaree direction and motor cycle PA 6451 was travelling towards Keys direction, and motor car P 3465 turn to go into Public Works when the accident occurred.
