Police Updates (June 23, 2014)
(ZIZ)– Vernon Battice of Ponds Extension was formally arrested and charged for wounding, which was committed on 17th June 2014.
Shirvin Richards of West Farm was formally arrested and charged for possession of cannabis, which was committed on 18th June 2014.
Diquan Richards of Sandy Point was formally arrested and charged for obstruction, resisting arrest and battery on police, which were committed on 19th June 2014.
Meanwhile, Javon Alford of Willett’s Extension, St. Paul Village was convicted for breaching injunction/protection order which was committed on 26th May 2014, and fined $1500.00 which is to be paid in one (1) month or will serve one (1) month in prison.
Tosh Boston of George Street was convicted for making use of threatening language which was committed on 21st June 2014, and reprimanded and discharged.
In other news, the St. Paul Police Station is investigating a traffic accident which occurred on Wednesday 18th June 2014 about 5:55 am at St. Paul Village at around 5:55am.
Initial investigation revealed that a toddler was struck by a motor vehicle, and the child was transported to the hospital for medical attention.
