(ZIZ)– Derrick Hazel of Crab Hill was formally arrested and charged for Obstruction, which was committed at Main Street, Sandy Point on 6th May, 2014.

Michael Samuel of Buckley’s was formally arrested and charged for Possession of cannabis and Possession with intent to supply which were committed on 4th May, 2014 and 14th April, 2014.

Selwyn Pringle of Dieppe Bay was formally arrested and charged for driving under the influence of alcohol, which was committed at Newton Ground on 6th May, 2014.

In other news, Adrington “Dutts” Govia of Thibou Avenue, Basseterre was convicted for Larceny which was committed on 27th March, 2014, and sentenced to twelve (12) months in prison.

Howard Browne of Rawlins Road, Gingerland, was convicted for being found hidden in the Electrical Conduit Compartment of the Motor Vessel Lady Mignonne that travelled from Nevis to St. Kitts on April 25, 2014 and was destined to Saint Maarten that same day for some Unlawful Purpose namely to Smuggle Himself into Saint Maarten, Netherlands Antilles, and deemed to be a Rogue and a Vagabond and sentenced to four (4) months in prison.

Meanwhile, Amado Ottley of Hanley’s Road, Gingerland was convicted for the driving without due care and attention which was committed at Pump Road on 11th April, 2014, and fined $800.00 which is to be paid in three (3) months or will serve one (1) month in prison with hard labour.

Hamil James of Stoney Grove was convicted for driving without due care and attention which was committed at Charlestown on 20th February, 2014, and fined $800.00 which is to be paid in one (1) month or will serve one (1) month in prison with hard labour.

Glenville Boddie Jr. of Rawlins Road, Gingerland was convicted for driving without insurance, driving without the consent of the owner, driving without a driver’s license, and driving without due care and attention which were committed at Stoney Grove on 22nd January, 2014. He was fined $500.00 for driving without insurance, which is to be paid in three (3) months or will serve three (3) months in prison with hard labour , $500 for driving without the consent of the owner which is to be paid in three (3) months or will serve three (3) months in prison with hard labour, $800.00 for driving without a driver’s license, which is to be paid in three (3) months or will serve three (3) months in prison, and $500.00 for driving without due care and attention, which is to be paid in three (3) months or will serve three (3) months in prison.

Dwayne Matthew of Lodge Project was convicted for Possession of Cannabis which was committed Charlestown on 25th April, 2014, and fined $1000.00 which is to be paid in three (3) months or will serve six (6) months in prison.

Keith Braide of Government Road was convicted for Possession of Cannabis which was committed on 2nd May, 2014 at Charlestown, and fined $500.00 which is to be paid in three (3) months or will serve three (3) months in prison.
