Police Updates (November 18, 2014)

(ZIZ News)– Kimbrough Hendrickson of Trafalgar Village was formally arrested and charged for Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 11th November 2014.

Lennox Gumbs of St. Johnson Village was formally arrested and charged for Possession of Firearm and Possession of Ammunition, which were committed on 26th October 2014.

Gavinya Daniel of Water Works, Cayon was formally arrested and charged for Possession of Firearm and Possession of Ammunition, which were committed on 14th November 2014.

Ishawn Wilkes of Mad House Alley, Newtown was formally arrested and charged for Wounding with intent, which was committed on 2nd November 2014 at Warner Park.

Meanwhile, on 14th November 2014, Officers of Traffic Department responded to a traffic accident which occurred along Wigley Avenue at about12:35pm. Initial investigation reveals that R633 owned by Bull Eyes Car Rental and driven by Peter White of Half Moon Bay, Frigate Bay was travelling southwards when a nine year old pedestrian ran across the road from eastern side of Patsy Allies Play field and collided into the car. The pedestrian was taken to JNF Hospital for treatment. Observation, explanations, measurement and damages were recorded. The child was issued a medical examination form and the driver was given a notice of intended prosecution on the scene.

In other news, Officers of Tabernacle Police Station responded to a report of a house on fire at Molyneaux Village at around 4:47am. Initial investigation reveals that a three bedroom wooden and concrete structure house, which was the property of the late George Lawrence was completely destroyed. At the time of the fire, the house was unoccupied, so there were no injuries. Fire and Rescue Department extinguished the fire.
