Arrests

Omax Bye of Basseterre, Jamal McSheen of Bird Rock and Zambi Heath of Cardin Avenue were formally arrested and charged for Murder, which was committed on 12th October 2014 at St. Paul’s.

Rodney Jeffers of Lime Kiln Project was formally arrested and charged for Breaching Restraining Order, which was committed on 22nd November 2014.

Kenrick Pennyfeather of Laguerite was formally arrested and charged for Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 21st November 2014.

Neville Fahie of St. Peters was formally arrested and charged for Disorder Conduct By Making Noise, which was committed on 20th November 2014 at Conaree Village.

Giles Byron of Pinney Road was formally arrested and charged for Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 21st November 2014.

Michael Berkley of Trafalgar Village was formally arrested and charged for Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 20th November 2014.

House Fire

On 22nd November 2014, Officers of Criminal Investigation Department and Crime Scene Unit responded to a report made of a house on fire at Trafalgar Village at around 5:25 am. The fire and rescue department extinguished the fire. There were no injuries. Investigation in this matter is ongoing.

Court Convictions

District “B” Magistrate Court

Jamie Crispin Phillip of Molyneaux was convicted for Possession of Cannabis and Giving False Name, which were committed on 10th May 2013 at Molyneaux and was fined $1000.00 for Possession charge to be paid by 19th December 2014 or in default serve thirty (30) days imprisonment and for Giving False Name charge, he was fined $500.00 to be paid by 19th December 2014 or in default serve thirty (30) days imprisonment.
