Police Updates (September 1, 2015)

(ZIZ News) — Karl Antonio Larmond and Garnett Rohan Kennedy both of Jamaica were formally arrested charged and cautioned for Larceny. The offence was committed on 28th August 2015 at Frigate Bay where a laptop, the property of Marriott’s Hotel was stolen.

Kevin Merchant of Clay Ghaut was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for Larceny. Merchant received bail and is scheduled to make an appearance at the Charlestown Magistrate Court on September 1st 2015.

Antoine Galloway of Ponds Extension was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for Possession of cannabis, which took place at Bakers Corner on 28th August 2015.

Akeem Christopher of Prickley Pear Alley was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for Possession of Cannabis that was committed on the 28th August 2015 at Prickley Pear Alley. Christopher received bail and is scheduled to make an appearance before the Basseterre Magistrate Court on Monday 7th September, 2015.

Joseph Phillip of Stone Castle, Tabernacle, was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for Indecent Assault that was committed on 3rd July 2015 at Tabernacle.

Steadroy Warner of Frankland Road was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for Malicious Damage that was committed on 30thAugust 2015.

Allan Nisbett of Marion Avenue was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for Larceny. The offence was committed on 20th August 2015.

In other News: 37 years old Garnett Rohan Kennedy and 44 years old Karl Antonio Larmond both of Jamaica were convicted for committing the offence of Larceny of one (1) Lenova Laptop valued $800.00 USD, the property of Marriott Hotel.

They were convicted and fined $3000.00 EC each and compensation of $2700 each, forthwith or 18 months in prison.
