(ZIZ News) — Trevor Hector of Market Street was formally arrested and charged for Larceny, which was committed on 24th September 2014.

Michael Connor of John Street, Newtown was formally arrested and charged for Larceny, which was committed on 23rd September 2014.

A juvenile was formally arrested and charged for Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 23rd September 2014.

Hitiesh Chandwani alias Harry of Bird Rock was formally arrested and charged for Exposing His Person, which was committed on 21st September 2014.

Adrian Mc Donald of Church Ground was formally arrested and charged for Possession of Cannabis and Possession With Intent To Supply, which were committed on 20th September 22014 at Basseterre Pier.

Wayne Ible of Cayon Street, was formally arrested and charged for Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis With Intent To Supply, Which were committed on 20th September 2014.

Court Convictions

District “C” Magistrate’s Court

Lincoln Amory of Low Street was convicted for Malicious Damage, which was committed on 19th August 2014 and sentenced to six (6) months in prison.

Traffic Accidents

The Cayon Police Station is investigating traffic accident that occurred along the Island Main Road at Key’s Village on Wednesday 24th September 2014, which resulted in one person transported to the hospital.

Initial investigations reveal that motor car P1870 owned and driven by Batholmew Davis of Molineaux Village and motor van P9255 owned and driven by Jodea James of Bouryeaux Extension, were travelling opposite direction when the accident occurred, and the driver of P1870 was transported to JNF Hospital by EMS for treatment.

The Tabernacle Police is investigating a traffic accident which occurred along the Island Main Road at Almond Walk, Tabernacle Village around 1:45 am on Friday 26th September 2014, which resulted in one person transported to the hospital.

Initial investigations revealed that Motor Omnibus H 8336 owned and driven by Curtis Carey of Saddlers Village was travelling from Saddlers Village to Basseterre, when the vehicle overturned. The driver was taken to JNF Hospital by EMS for treatment.
