(ZIZ) — Marcus Charles of Upper Cayon was formally arrested and charged for Possession of Cannabis, Possession of Cannabis with intent to supply, battery on police, resisting arrest and obstruction under the drug act, which were committed on 1st September 2014.

Dario Powell of Conaree Village was formally arrested and charged for False Pretence, which was committed on 1st and 30th June 2014.

Meanwhile, Vidal Hanley of Shadwell Gardens was convicted for Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Crack-Cocaine which were committed on 25th February 2014, and fined $500.00 on each charge which are to be paid in one (1) month or will serve one (1) month in prison for each conviction.

Yandel Liddie of Pedro Street, Sandy Point was convicted for Possession of Cannabis and Threatening Language which were committed on 17th May 2014 at Sandy Point, and fined $800.00 for the charge of Possession of Cannabis which is to be paid by 30th September 2014 or will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour, and $200.00 for the charge of Threatening Language which is to be paid by 30th September 2014 or will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.

Selwyn Pringle alias “Judge” of Main Street, Dieppe Bay was convicted for Driving under the Influence which was committed on 6th May 2014 at Cranston Ghaut, and fined $700.00 which is to be paid by 30th September 2014 or will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.

Convil Richards of The Alley, Sandy Point was convicted for Driving Without Due Care and Attention, and Driving Without A Valid Driver’s Licence, which were committed on 15th January, and fined $700.00 for the charge of Driving Without Due Care charge which is to be paid by 30th September 2014 or will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour and $300.00 for the charge of Driving Without A Valid Driver’s Licence which is to be paid by 30th September 2014 or will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.

Hakeem Fredericks of Crab Hill, Sandy Point was convicted for Possession of Cannabis which was committed on 17th May 2014 at Sandy Point, and sentenced to thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.

Joseph Agard alias “Blaze” of Lynches Village was convicted for Assault and Threatening Language which were committed on 12th November 2013 at Parson Village, and sentenced to thirty (30) days in prison on both charges; sentences to run concurrently.
