Police Updates; Traffic Accident

(ZIZ) Dawson France of Tabernacle Village was formally arrested and charged for Wounding with intent to cause Grievous Bodily Harm, (2) Attempted Murder and (3) Battery which were allegedly committed on 29th September, 2013.

In other news, Sandy Point Police Station is investigating a traffic accident which occurred along the Island Main Road at New Guinea in the Vicinity of Brimstone Hill on 1st November, 2013 about 3:54 pm, which left one (1) person hospitalised.

Initial investigation revealed that motor jeep P446 which was driven by Dr. Mellisa Cable was involved in a single vehicle accident which resulted in the vehicle over turning. Motor Jeep P446 was travelling from Sandy Point to Basseterre at the time of the accident.
