Public Holiday Declared: February 18, 2015

Following the commitment made by Team Unity to celebrate the people’s historic victory at the polls on Monday, 16th February 2015, Team Unity Leader and Prime Minister-Elect, Dr. the Hon. Timothy Harris, has advised the Governor General, His Excellency Sir Edmund W. Lawrence, to declare Wednesday, 18th February 2015, a public holiday in the federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, in commemoration of the people’s victory.
