Radio Stations carry 2013 Budget Address by St. Kitts and Nevis PM

BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS. APRIL 9TH 2013 (CUOPM) – Nationals of St. Kitts and Nevis living in the United States Virgin Islands were able to hear live coverage of the 2013 Budget Address by the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, the Right Hon. Dr. Denzil L. Douglas.

Radio St. Kitts and Nevis (90.7 FM) with new studios on Victoria Road, St. Kitts, joined Freedom FM; Choice FM and ZIZ Radio in carrying the Budget Presentation.

Other radio stations in St. Thomas and St. Croix, owned by Reef Broadcasting linked with Radio St. Kitts and Nevis to ensure that nationals living in the US Virgin Islands hear the Budget Presentation.

Prime Minister Douglas is expected to speak for at least three hours. Debate will begin after.
