Rastafari Nyabinghi Theocracy Order Week of Activities

Basseterre, St. Kitts, February 18, 2020 (ZIZ News): The Rastafari Nyabinghi Theocracy Order will be hosting a week of activities to from February 23rd to 28th to commemorate Black Istory Month.

The week of activities will be guided by the theme “Colonial Educational Curriculum is a Threat to Black Empowerment”.

Public Relations Officer of the Rastafari Nyabinghi Theocracy Order, Ras Iya explained that the theme emphasizes the contributions made by black people in safeguarding themselves in a global community.

The Black Istory Month week of activities kick off on Feb 23rd with the Groundation Nyabinghi Ises at Sandy Point Market, a visit to the JNF Hospital on Feb 24th, on Feb 25th a visit to Bronte Welsh Primary for a book donation, on Feb 26th an island wide food hamper distribution to the elderly and needy, on Feb 27th there will be a visit to Empress Sistah Ijahnya Christian, On Feb 28th a visit to the gravesite of the revolutionaries. Wrapping up the week of activities will be a closing session at the Sandy Point Farmers Market Nyabinghi Ises on Feb 29th.
