Renovations at Warner Park

ZIZ News…27th May 2013 — The month of June starts off a very busy month for cricket in St. Kitts and Nevis.

It will see a number of Regional Tournaments held in St. Kitts and the start of renovation work at Warner Park.

Senior sports officer, Vernon Springer outlined some of the competitions expected to held here from next month.

However, he says after the first competition, Warner Park’s Cricket Stadium will be closed.

Springer says the matches for the West Indies under-19 tournament will instead be held at the Edgar Gilbert Sporting Complex in Molineaux, the Conaree Sporting Complex, the Sandy Point Cricket Ground, St Paul’s Sporting Complex and the Verchild’s Cricket Ground.
