Resident of Keys Village benefits from Courts Volunteer Week Project

(ZIZ News)– As part of its volunteer week project for 2019, Unicomer St. Kitts Ltd, known as Courts, undertook the task to clean up and renovate the home of elder, Oraldo Daniel Glasgow of keys village.

The project began on Wednesday March 20th and was completed in approximately 4 days.

Human resource administrator at Unicomer St. Kitts Kelshia Breezie Carrette gave Ziz News details about the project.

Commercial manager at Unicomer St. Kitts Phillisia Webbe outlined how the Unicomer volunteers were able to assist Mr. Glasgow.

Oraldo Daniel Glasgow of Keys Village, who is a 71-year-old diabetic and amputee, thanked the group for their generosity.

The Courts Volunteer Week Program is an annual occurrence where the company encourages employee engagement while improving the lifestyle of others in the community.

As part of its corporate social responsibility, Unicomer St. Kitts facilitates volunteering of employees by enabling them to donate their time and expertise either during official work hours or on their own time for broad social benefits, with the company assuming all costs of the activities.
