Robotics Olympics Experience

ZIZ News caught up with the team to find out about their experience at the Robotics Olympics in Mexico City.

Spokesperson Jermillia Henry explained that the event was established to show how robotics and other forms of technology could be used to protect and preserve the environment.

This is the second year that the team has participated in the Robotics Olympics and programmer, Zhavier Shaw said they decided to build a brand new robot, Gambino, for this year’s challenge.

The Robotics Olympics is organized by First Global a nonprofit organization that promotes stem education and careers for youth through Olympics-style robotics competitions called the First Global Challenge.
