S.E.A. members encouraged to guide and nurture youth

Basseterre, St. Kitts, July 9, 2019 (ZIZ News): Former Headmaster at the Basseterre High school, Dr. Eustace Esdaile is encouraging elders in the community and in particular, the Social and Educational Association (SEA) to help guide and nurture the younger generation.

Dr. Esdaile said he understands that miscommunication between elders and youth can stem from something as simple as an age gap and a shift.

He also encouraged the elders to be more empathetic with the young whom he said are fulfilling their own experiences.

Social and Educational Association (SEA) celebrated its 50th anniversary with its annual anniversary gala on Saturday.

The Former Headmaster’s comments came following the Social and Educational Association (SEA) 50th anniversary gala on Saturday.

Dr. Esdaile reminded the audience that even though many things have changed over the past 50 years, schools remain with classrooms full of potential.

The Social and Educational Association celebrated its 50th anniversary under the theme, Celebrating, Contributing, Reminiscing”.
