Eastern Caribbean Forecast: The passage of a tropical wave will generate a relatively moist and unstable atmosphere across the region today. A ridge of high pressure is building behind of the wave and is expected to move in to be the main weather feature, as a tighten pressure gradient results in an increase in winds. Lingering moisture, instability and strong winds will likely maintain showery conditions and cloudy skies into tonight and tomorrow for Puerto Rico southward to Trinidad and Tobago.
