Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A tropical wave is affecting the area. It could generate cloudiness and showers across the Trinidad and Tobago, the southern Windward Islands, Barbados and the Leeward Islands today and tonight. These conditions will spread to the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico later today and tonight. There is also a slight chance of isolated thunderstorms developing with the passage of the tropical wave.
