Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Weak moisture and instability associated with a tropical wave could result in a high chance of showers across the Windward Islands, Barbados and Trinidad & Tobago. Some showers could be locally heavy at times. Elsewhere across the Eastern Caribbean, skies will be fair to partly cloudy with a moderate chance of brief passing showers as a moderate trade wind flow transports shallow pockets of low level moisture over and around the islands occasionally.
