Weather Forecast for St. Kitts & Nevis: A moderate to fresh breeze associated with a developing mid level ridge will provide moderate chance of showers will be maintained over these islands tonight and into tomorrow. Rainfall accumulation could total 5 to 12.5mm or .2 to .5 inch during the next 24 hours.

Weather today: Cloudy with occasional showers and/or light rain this morning with a gradual reduction in clouds and shower activity this afternoon

Weather tonight: Generally partly cloudy with a 60 percent or moderate chance of brief passing showers

Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A trough along with a tropical wave will maintain cloudy skies with occasional showers and or lighter rain and isolated thunderstorms over the Windward Islands, Barbados and to a lesser extent Trinidad and Tobago today and tonight. Similar weather is expected of Puerto Rico this afternoon. The trough will have less effect over the Leeward Islands and British Virgin Islands as a low to mid level ridge develops over these islands. Mostly cloudy skies with occasional showers are expected over these islands during the morning with gradual reduction in clouds and showers beginning this afternoon. By tonight, skies will be generally partly cloudy with brief showers possible over these islands
