School Reopens and Students Return

Thousands of students returned to school on Monday morning marking the start of a new school year.

September 3rd would have also marked the first day for many students.

Students from as early as day-care to the local high schools were seen sporting new bag packs, haircuts, hairstyles and uniforms for the 2018-2019 academic year.

And as the month of September progresses, schools will also be diving into preparations for the 35th celebration of St. Kitts and Nevis’ independence.
