Schools visit Nature’s Kingdom

ZIZ News — Students, teachers and even parents got in touch with their wild side on Friday at Nature’s Kingdom.

Montessori Children School and the Tucker Clarke Primary School toured the premises of Nature’s Kingdom as part of their schools’ fieldtrips.

ZIZ News caught up with the Principal of the Montessori Children School, Mala Weston who said this was the perfect way for the students to learn more about their natural surroundings.

She added, “It gives the children a wonderful opportunity to see the animals in St. Kitts and learn and to also have appreciation and respect for their homes and for nature.”

The Owner of Nature’s Kingdom, Claudius ‘De Nature Man’ Collins said, “We see the fruits, we see them in town, we buy them, lots of them but don’t even know how they produce…so we explained everything to them on the trip.”

Collins said he sees Nature’s Kingdom as a unique concept that can benefit the country and the people.
