Segment Boys Drounces Hardtimes

Sports Page—Tuesday 16th July 2013–A sizeable crowd showed up at the Bath Village playing field on Sunday 14th July to witness another semi final encounter in the Basil Challenger Cup which is hosted by the CCC Bath United Football club and sponsored by Caribbean Cable Communications.

It turned out to be a one sided affair despite the best efforts of the Hard times men, as the Segment Boys totally dominated the game.

The final score line was Segment Boys 5 goals to Hard times nil.

Hitting the back of the net for the Segment Boys was: Akeem Taylor 2; and one goal each from Jazzil Francis and Jaslyn Small. Hard times compounded the issue by adding an own goal.

The final four point’s standings so far sees:

Segment Boys 4 points

Stoney Grove United 1 point

Hard times nil
