Shades of Pink Event

(ZIZ News) — The Reach for Recovery Breast Cancer support group will be hosting its third annual Shades of Pink fundraising event this week.

‘Shades of Pink’ is an all-day event featuring Music, Dancing, Singing and Auctions.

Chairperson of Shades of Pink, Markysa O’loughlin was a guest on ZIZ Radio where she outlined what will be taking place during the event.

O’loughlin said there will be lots of educational materials on certain topics associated with Breast Cancer.

Meanwhile, Breast Cancer survivor Vanslyn Williams used the opportunity to offer words of advice to others who may be going through the same situation.

Shades of Pink will this year be held at Palms Court Garden located at Fortlands, Basseterre on Tuesday September 16th, that’s National Heroes Day.
