Shante Claxton laid to Rest

(ZIZ News) — Hundreds of family members and friends turned out at the Seventh Day Adventist Church on Nevis on Thursday to pay their final respects to Shante Claxton whose body was found at the St. Thomas’ Primary School on September 6th.

Among those attending were students of the Charlestown Secondary School, St. Thomas Primary School and various youth groups including the Seventh Day Adventist Pathfinder Club.

Tributes were given by former Education Officer, Andrea Bussue, Pastor Shelton Benjamin, teachers, SDA Pathfinder officials and others.

Claxton was laid to rest in the church cemetery.
