Stewart Joseph appointed as Team Leader for 14th edition of the World Indoor Championship

ZIZ News…Feb 15 2012 — The St. Kitts & Nevis Amateur Athletic Association is pleased to announce the appointment of Stewart Joseph as Team Leader and Head Coach for the 14th edition of the World Indoor Championship which will be held in Istanbul, Turkey, 9th – 11th March 2012.

Coach Joseph is one of three (3) CECS Level V coaches who currently reside in the Federation.

With over two (2) decades of coaching, Joseph has represented the SKNAAA in a number of technical and administrative capacities including our inaugural appearance at the Commonwealth Youth Games in Pune, India (2008), the World Youth Championship in Ostrava, Czech Republic (2007) and has been selected on multiple occasions as Team Manager, Technical Leader or Head Coach for top regional and international events such as the Carifta Games, Pan American Junior Championships, CAC Juniors and the Leeward Islands Youth and Junior Championships.

As a coach, his legacy is built around the grass roots aspect of athletics with a concentration on sprints and hurdling.
