The US National Hurricane Center on Thursday upgraded Tropical Depression 11 to Tropical Storm Josephine, making it the 10th named storm for the 2020 hurricane season.
A small craft advisory goes into effect today for the waters of Antigua and Barbuda, the rest of the Leeward Islands and the British Virgin Islands. This will likely be converted to a warning Tuesday night or Wednesday.
