(ZIZ News) — Chairman of the TDC Group of Companies, Earle Kelly said the recently concluded Certified Customer Service Professional Programme is another demonstration of the company’s commitment to customer service.
He was at the time addressing the 13 TDC employees who successfully completed the programme.
“At TDC as part of our motto, and I’m quoting, ‘TDC Is Fully Committed To Total Customer Satisfaction’. What does that mean? It means that you and me have to treat our customers right because for us to totally satisfy our customers, we must, as part of the process, deliver exemplary customer service. And customer service is not only about the products and services that we make available to our customers, to a great extent it is really how it is delivered,” he said.
Kelly urged the 13 programme graduates to wear the new accreditation as “a badge of honour”.
“I know that there is value in this programme, we haven’t seen it yet but I feel very confident that we will see and it will redound at the top line at the revenue line and it’s going to redound at the bottom line in the net profit,” he said.
“So, I feel very confident that it has been money well spent and it will continue to be good money spent. It is really an investment that you and company have made in your personal development and that will benefit both parties,” he added.
