The TDC Group of Companies is giving back to thousands of loyal shoppers in the Federation with the re-launch of the Mega Rewards Card

The initiative was introduced in 2011 by TDC – the Federation’s most diversified Group of Companies – for any customer, whether they shop on a daily, weekly or monthly basis at the Home and Building Depots, Automotive Divisions, TDC Business Center, TDC Drinks Depot, and the City Drug Store (Nevis) LTD.

According to Ms. Jonelle Rawlins-Drew, TDC Client Relations and Marketing Manager, the introduction of this new initiative is another example of the Company’s ongoing investment in, and commitment to its Customers and Clients. “We have been pioneers of card programs in the Federation and this represents our thrust to increase our ongoing efforts towards quality service. This programme, combined with our increasing store footprint and continued pledge to value, quality, convenience and choice, has placed TDC at the forefront of the Retail industry in the Federation.”

The TDC Mega Rewards card is free of charge for customers 18 years of age and older and is available upon request in any of our Outlets. It is strictly one loyalty account number per customer. Each person who fills out a form will receive an account number assigned to their Mega Rewards card account, then subsequently will receive the card. Shoppers will earn one point for every dollar (EC$1) spent in the stores. Shoppers can redeem their points at the aforementioned retail outlets, including OTI, Fisherman’s Wharf and SNIC. The points can “roll-over”, which means that they can be carried over to the following year(s).

In recent weeks, card holders have been receiving prizes and benefits just for signing up. Thus far, Mega Reward Card subscribers have received a number of free prizes such as Samsung 32″ LCD televisions, Apple Ipad 3, Lenovo Laptop and Tablet, Appliances, Home Theater Systems and more. Card holders can also expect in the very near future to receive additional benefits including Double Reward Points, Special Discounts / Savings, Rollover Points, and more. What makes this Card unique is earning points on the purchase of a vehicle, and redeeming points at so many different outlets of the TDC Group to either purchase furniture, tyres, dining or accommodation at Fisherman’s Wharf and OTI, among others.
