Three Charged For Violent Crimes

(ZIZ News) — The police have charged three men on various murder offences.

According to a press statement, on Sunday, the police charged Nigel Phillip aka Abkim Bryant of Cleverly Hill, for the attempted murder of Jermain Browne of The Alley, Sandy Point.

Phillip was also charged with discharging a firearm in a public place. The incidents occurred on 17th December 2015.

On Monday, Sylvester Harris of Conaree Village was charged with the murder of Livingston Moore of Conaree and the attempted murder of Shawn Rogers, which occurred on 16th February 2015.

On that same day, the police charged Kevon Hamilton of St. Paul’s with the murder of Ernest Hendricks of Palmetto Point, which occurred on June 24th 2015.

Head of the Violent Crimes Unit, Superintendent Andre Mitchell thanked the public for its cooperation and promised that the police are doing everything they can to bring criminals to justice.
