Three Teens on the Run

ZIZ News — The Ministry of Social Development needs your help to find three teenage girls who have run away from the New Horizon Rehabilitation Centre.

A statement from Permanent Secretary, Sharon Rattan, states that while the families, New Horizon Rehabilitation Centre, probation and child protection on staff and the police continue to work together to address the matter and locate the residents, the ministry needs the public’s help to get the children back to a place where they are safe from harm.

The ministry is asking persons to contact the police with any information.

Rattan said the matter is being dealt with urgency but sensitivity bearing in mind that minors are involved.
