Two Arrested for Possession of Cannabis

ZIZ News…June 06, 2013 — Tyan Wilkin of New Castle was formally charged and arrested for Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply, which were committed on 2nd June 2013.

Elhabazz Turu of Frigate Bay was formally charged for Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply, which were committed on 3rd June 2013.

In other news, Tyan Wilkin of New Castle was convicted for Possession of Cannabis which was committed on 1st June 2013 at New Castle. He was fined $1,500.00 in three (3) months or will serve three (3) months in prison with hard labour.

Cleston Phillip of The Alley Sandy Point was convicted for Malicious Damage, which was committed on 23rd March 2013, and sentenced to seven (7) days in prison with hard labour.

Alvin Lewis aka “Black Cat” of The Alley, Sandy Point was convicted for Praedial Larceny, which was committed on 24th November 2012 at Sandy Point, and fined $200.00 which is to be paid by 14th June 2013 or will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.

Robert Carey of Johnson Road was convicted for Larceny of a Fowl, which was committed on 21st February 2013 at Tabernacle, and fined $200.00 which is to be paid by 14th June 2013 or will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.

Franklyn Morris of Upper Cayon was convicted for Driving without Seat Belt, which was committed on 21st July 2012 at Dieppe Bay, and fined $200.00 which is to be paid by 17th June 2013 or will serve fourteen (14) days in prison with hard labour.

Adisa Hendrickson of Sandy Point was convicted for Driving without Seat Belt, which was committed on 6th Mary 2013, and fined $100.00 will is to be paid by 7th June 2013 or will serve fourteen (14) days in prison with hard labour.

Steve Duggins of Sandy Point was convicted for Driving without Seat Belt, which was committed on 6th March 2013, and fined $100.00 which is to be paid by 7th June 2013 or will serve fourteen (14) days in prison with hard labour.

Lewis Mills of Tabernacle was convicted for Driving without a Valid Driver’s Licence, which was committed on 3rd May 2013 at Sandy Point, and fined $1000.00 which is to be paid by 21st June 2013 or will serve fourteen (14) days in prison with hard labour.

Rodnew Steinbergen of Old Road was convicted for Driving Without Insurance, which was committed on 6th March 2013 at New Guinea, and fined $300.00 which is to be paid by 7th June 2013 or will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.
