Basseterre, St. Kitts, May 29, 2020 (ZIZ News): The Police are investigating a two vehicle traffic accident that occurred at Wellington Road on Friday afternoon.
According to reports, the incident took place near Baker’s Corner; just above the intersection that connects Wellington Road and the former bus route for Molineux buses.
The collision involved a green Honda FourTrax Foreman Rubicon 4×4 Automatic ATV with license plate P 3431 and a silver Toyota Hiace motorbus marked “King A De Hill” with license plate H 3874.
It is not clear whether there were passengers inside the motorbus. The condition of the bus driver is also unknown.
ZIZ understands that two unidentified males were injured during the incident. Both men were traveling on the ATV and had to be transported via ambulance to the JNF General hospital for treatment.
The cause of the accident is still unclear but we will provide more information as it becomes available.
