Two more charged for ScotiaBank Robbery

ZIZ NEWSROOM, Basseterre, August 14 2012: Two young men have been arrested and charged for a recent daylight robbery of ScotiaBank. The information comes as police announce several arrests over the past few days.

Ivan Liddie of Bird Rock and Keithroy Duncan of Shadwell Housing Project were formally charged with 3 counts of Robbery committed on 20th July 2012 at Scotia Bank, Bird Rock Branch.

Previously, police arrested Glenroy Crossman in connection with the robbery. He was arrested on July 27 and was also charged with three counts of robbery.

Also police have reported that Wellington Bishop of Cayon was formally charged for the offence of Wounding committed on 11th August 2012.

Laurie Laplace of Sandy Point was charged for driving under the influence of alcohol and refusing to give a sample of blood for laboratory test when requested committed on 12th August 2012.

Gabriel Stevens of Cayon was formally charged for Disorderly Conduct by making noise, Carrying Abroad an Offensive Weapon committed on 10th August 2012.

A juvenile was charged with using Threatening Language committed on 10th August 2012.

Vincent Veiro was formally charged for Possession of Cannabis and Possession with Intent to Supply committed on 10th August 2012.
