USNS Comfort Hospital Ship Berthed in St. Kitts and Nevis Waters
The Comfort will be offering free medical treatment in St. Kitts from October 5-10. Patients will be transported via helicopter to the vessel

Basseterre, St. Kitts, October 2, 2019 (ZIZ News): The United States USNS Comfort Hospital Ship has docked just outside the Deep Water Port, in Basseterre St. Kitts on Thursday October 3.
The Comfort will be offering free medical treatment in St. Kitts from October 5-10. Patients will be transported via helicopter to the vessel
The ship will conduct approximately 100 on board surgeries, provide basic medical services at two medical walk-in sites as well as host health fairs/community outreach to address various public health topics.
There will also be two walk in clinics opened to the public from 8am – 4pm daily offering free medical services on a first come, first serve basis.
Local doctors from St. Kitts and Nevis will join doctors onboard the vessel and at the walk in clinics to provide free medical care.
