Vehicular Accident on Park Range causing outage

ZIZ News…June 28, 2013 — Sometime after 10 p.m. on Thursday (June 27) there was a vehicle accident that led to consumers on East Park Range and surrounding areas to be without electricity. A pole was uprooted and had extensive damage to lines. Maintenance crews have already begun working on replacing the pole and the other necessary works. Some consumers had their electricity supply restored on Thursday night the remaining consumers will have their supply restored when work is completed.

SKELEC would like to ask all motorist to drive with due care and report all accident to the relevant authorities.
