Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A weak trough will move across the islands today and result in weak instability across the Leeward Islands and the Southern  Windward Islands southward to Trinidad and Tobago. Available moisture in these areas could lead to increase cloudiness with moderate showers and possible  thunderstorms mainly late this afternoon. Elsewhere, across Puerto Rico and the  British Virgin Islands and central island chain, a more settled environment will  prevail with generally partly cloudy conditions.
