Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Moisture and instability associated with a surface  trough will maintain a high chance of showers and thunderstorms across portions of  the southern Windward Islands, Barbados and T&T. Elsewhere across the Eastern  Caribbean, skies will be fair to partly cloudy with only a slight chance of a brief  isolated shower as a drier and more stable airmass lingers across this portion of the  region.
