Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A westward-moving tropical wave will bring an increase in clouds and shower activity over the Windward Islands, Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago today with improvements expected by tonight. Meanwhile, weak instability will prevail over the rest of the islands which includes the Leeward Islands, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico; however, moisture levels in the lower atmosphere will inhibit significant clouds and shower activity over these islands. Partly cloudy skies in general with brief passing afternoon showers could take place over these islands.
