Eastern Caribbean Forecast: An area of disturbed weather is approaching the  Windwards and Islands further south. Regardless of tropical development, cloudy to  overcast skies with moderate to heavy showers and gusty winds will take place over  these Islands with gradual improvements by tomorrow. Meanwhile, a more stable  environment will prevail over the Leewards and Islands further west keeping skies  generally partly cloudy with a slight chance of brief showers over these Islands.
