Wounded man in stable condition

(ZIZ)– The Violent Crime Unit (VCU) of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force is investigating a shooting incident which occurred near the Strip area last night.  27 year old Kazard Brookes of Lime Kiln Project was rushed into surgery and is in serious but stable condition.

Initial investigation revealed that Kazard Brookes and a friend were standing next to their vehicles when they were attacked by armed masked assailants.
