Young man from Newtown on a marijuana charge

ZIZ News…April 9, 2013 — A young Newtown man is to face the ourt on two marijuana charges.

According to a Police Release, Cajon Ponteen of Douglas Street, New Town was formally charged for the offences of Possession of cannabis and Possession of cannabis with intent to supply.

The release stated that the offences were committed on 7 April 2013 at Douglas Street New Town.

Ponteen will be appearing before the Magistrate court shortly to answer the charge.

Meanwhile, Jose Green of Stoney Grove in Nevis was formally charged for the offence of Larceny which was committed on 5 April 2013.
