Young man shot and killed outside home

According to police reports, Michael Phillip, also known as “MK”, was shot and killed outside his home at Shadwell Estate sometime after 3 am.

A few weeks earlier gunmen fired shots at Phillip’s residence, injuring one of his fingers.

The acting police press and public relations officer, sergeant Stephen Hector says investigators are in fact aware that with incidents of this nature witnesses may find it difficult to come forward with information.

However, he is urging the public to contact the criminal investigations department and additional arrangements will be made so as to ensure maximum confidentiality.
