ZBC is seeking a suitably qualified person to fill the position of Human Resources and Office Manager.
The applicant must be highly motivated, organized, confidential and have exceptional interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively with the diverse staff members.
Responsibilities:

Provide administrative assistance to the General Manager, department managers and the Board of Directors as well as ensuring the smooth operation of the corporation.

Coordinate the smooth day to day running of the Administrative Office.

Serve as liason between the Managers, Board of Directors and various external entities, customers and government agencies.

Ensure that all human resource matters are treated in the strictest confidence at all times.

Assist and supports department managers and all employees regarding personnel issues, policies, procedures and benefits.
Qualifications:
–A Bachelor’s degree in Business Admnistration, Human Resources, is required
–Five (5) years work experience in a managerial position.
– Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Remuneration is commensurate with qualifications.
