ZBC is seeking a suitably qualified person to fill the position of Sales and Marketing Manager.
The applicant must be highly motivated, organized, and have exceptional interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively with the team and advertisers.
Responsibilities:

Achieve marketing sales and operational objectives by; preparing and completing action plans;
-
Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; prepare annual budgets etc.

Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; define market, competitor’s share and competitor’s strength and weaknesses.
Qualifications:
–At least a degree in Sales and Marketing or Management related field.
–Five (5) years work experience in a Sales and Marketing Environment.
– Strong track record in revenue performance in Sales, while maintaining and managing cost of sales and strong background in Strategic Account Management.
– Requires valid driver’s license
