ZIZ Will Not be the Same, Says Chairman Wattley

(ZIZ News) – “ZIZ will not be the same,” was the promise of Douglas Wattley, Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors.

“We will do some different things and we will do some things differently to make sure that we give you a product that you expect. So rest assured that some things will change and they will change very soon,” Wattley stated.

During Monday night’s edition of The Round Table that focussed on improving the ZIZ Broadcasting Brand, Wattley said human resource development and management are critical to the change.

“Human resource development and management is going to be critical in all this because in one instance, you want to do better and to do better you need the staff with greater competence and greater competence and you also need them motivated,” he added.

So far, the staff has been engaged in several strategic planning meetings.
